POLICIES 

THE HUE SOLUTION POLICIES

The Hue Solution Guarantee was established to further our commitment to providing the best beauty services to all who walk through our doors. Sometimes we are not able to remove all the hair from waxing due to shaving, uneven hair growth, or unforeseen circumstances, if this happens, we encourage you to come back within 3 days after your service for a touch-up to remove any hair that was not removed during your appointment.

GROUPON VOUCHERS

All Groupon vouchers are accepted for new clients only. If you have used ANY (Facial, Waxing, Lash Extension, or Massage) Groupon voucher with The Hue Solution LLC previously, you cannot use another Groupon later at any time. To be clear, Groupon vouchers can only be used ONCE in either catagory. 

{EXAMPLE: You have just purchased an massage Groupon voucher with The Hue Solution, you then can not purchase another Groupon voucher for a facial with The Hue Solution at ANY time.} 

All Groupon Vouchers will only be accepted & redeemed ONCE (one Groupon voucher may be used in either category as a GIFT ONCE)  per customer.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS POLICY

 All appointments, including GROUPON voucher appointments, must be scheduled online with a Credit or Debit Card ONLINE ONLY through our booking system. 

RESCHEDULING & CANCELING APPOINTMENTS POLICY

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so with one of the 3 options below:

If you cancel 24 hours or less before your scheduled appointment, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 105% OF THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED

 

If you have a Groupon Voucher, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 105% OF THE SERVICED SCHEDULED

LATE CANCELLATION | NO SHOW | SAME- DAY CANCELLATION

All services booked online require a credit card to guarantee booking to secure your appointment. As a courtesy to all clients, we request that you please reschedule online or email us immediately at contact-us@thehuesolution.com

If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, you will be charged 105% of the scheduled service.

 

These policies are in consideration of the valued time of both our wonderful guests and our talented technicians.

In the event of a credit or debit card "On File" being declined or expired an additional $35 fee will also be  assessed and no reservations will be made until the balance is paid.

 

Prepaid Packages will lose a session AND will be charged an cancellation fee of $50.

Royalty Members if you are more that 3 days late paying for your monthly membership , your memebership with be cancelled and you will need to re-sign up and pay for the $25 sign-up fee plus the FULL PRICE of the unpaid month.

IF YOUR RUNNING LATE

If you are still able to make it to your appointment but are concerned you may be a little late please don’t hesitate to call us! In most cases we have a 15 minute grace period.* However, if you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule you for a different time so as not to interfere with other appointments. You will charged a 105% Late Cancellation Fee OF THE SERVICE SCHEDULED.
